Training the Trainers

MWI has developed programs in health education and outreach strategies, program management, and content-based information both in Pittsburgh and overseas. These training programs have been attended primarily by health professionals, but also by lay outreach workers and peer educators. All trainings utilize train-the-trainer methodology and encourage participants to adjust outreach activities using cultural sensitivity and adaptation to the local environment.
